We are happy to share that the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship online application system for the 2023/2024 academic year is open! For further information regarding the application process can be found on the official website of the scholarship program: www.diasporascholarship.hu The deadline for application is 31 January 2023.

Dear Clients! We hereby inform you that from the day of November 22nd 2022. VFS Global is going to accept the applications for the extension of the permanent residency from applicants who have obtained the Hungarian permanent residency through the LMÁK program. To submit your application please proceed to the official website of VFS Global for appointment.

Consular and Visa Department of the Consulate General of Hungary in Shanghai will be closed from 29 September until 8 October.

Those applicants who have obtained the Hungarian permanent residency through the LMÁK program, for the extension of the permanent residency please use the visa.shg@mfa.gov.hu e-mail address for appointment. The above mentioned type of case is still not available in the online appointment booking system.

We would like to inform you that the VFS Global Visa Center will resume operation from the 25th August, 2022 as an external service provider, which is authorized to receive Schengen visa applications on behalf of Hungary.
